If you watch the blogsphere at all, you have seen, by now, the reaction to the death of Peter Jennings. It seems to me that the blogsphere has sunk to an all time low on this one. It's one thing for these assholes to proclaim their politics as the one true way. But the attacks they are leveling at Jennings upon his death are disgusting. You think they could wait a week. And the activists aren't any better. Some anti-smoking scumbag issued a mass email about an hour after Jennings' death saying how he had predicted Jennings death and how he was a slave to big tobacco.

Fucking A...wait a week people. It's not like the record is going to change in a week.
